About Ritu Negi

As a Deputy General Manager at Agratas, a startup in the energy sector, I leverage my 15 years of diverse HR experience in established organisations like Tata Motors and Reliance Infrastructure to create and nurture systems and processes that meet the unique needs of the group. I am passionate about HR transformation, OD, change management, strategic business partnering,Talent Management, Performance Management, training and development, employee engagement. I have been working on putting together contemporary policies and digital HR systems for the organisation to ensure seamless employee experience.Prior to joining Agratas, I led the Performance Management COE and Workforce Planning for Tata Motors, where I drove trainings and soft skill development for the revamped online performance management system, and facilitated line functions in aligning their strategy with the business objectives. I also had multiple stints as HR Business Partner with diverse exposure in power and automotive industry, where I managed employee life cycle and acted as a strategic partner to business to drive the people agenda. I hold an MBA HR from Xavier Institute of Social Service and an executive HR certification from TISS.
