Works as IT Service Owner in AS+ SRE space having 13+ years of experience in Application Operations, service transition, cloud migrations, Infrastructure upgrades, Disaster recovery planning for Tier 1 & 2 apps, keeping the application compliant (green ). Worked on technologies like Unix/Linux, Shell scripting, SQL, Autosys, ITIL Certified, involved in Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management. People Management, Shift/Rota management, Stakeholder & Customer management. Strong ability to manage the teams, delegate task to ensure that services are up & running as per agreed SLA, which involves managing BAU activities effectively. Hands on with tools like Control-M, Autosys job scheduler,Service Now, BMC Remedy (Incident Management Tool), Putty. Performing all day to day Activities. Experience in log analysis, SLA-KPI Reports, Operational Reports, Service Improvement Initiative. Hands on knowledge on working on Splunk as a developer. Currently involved into IT Service owner + SRE role as well, where Target is on toil reduction, reliability etc.
