My journey has taken me through the dynamic phases of the project lifecycle, from requirement gathering and structuring multi-tier ETL architecture, to data analysis, technical implementation, impact analysis, and KPI reporting. One of my key strengths is in client communication and stakeholder management. I excel in building and maintaining sustained relationships with clients through effective communication and unwavering commitment to their success. Beyond project delivery, I am committed to fostering an inclusive and collaborative work culture. I’ve spearheaded employee engagement programs and pro bono initiatives, ensuring a balanced and enriched professional environment. Currently, as an MBA candidate at Rotterdam School of Management, I continue to hone my strategic and leadership abilities.
