About Ritvi Shetty

I am one of those people who have their fingers in too many pies. I love writing, reading, being a good conversationalist, and going down the internet rabbit hole more than once in a while. The wide variety of pies I'm interested in is intelligent automation using AI, content writing, marketing, problem-solving, and building customer-centric solutions that help people in their day to day activities. Exclusively from the following bakeries- Healthcare, AI & ML, FMCG, social sector, chemicals, and digital media. I am a chemical engineer by education. Currently, I lead teams of engineers in building intelligent chatbots that resolve customer queries with ease which in turn saves costs and agent’s time. Tech-savvy and a fast learner with innate communication skills, I like bringing a touch of creativity with my out-of-the-box ideas everywhere I go. Feel free to connect to discuss exciting ideas, opportunities or any quirky fact you found on the internet.
