About Ritwick Dev

As an associate at Genpact, I apply my passion for statistical modeling and rational mathematics to produce insightful and data-driven strategies for personal banking operations. I have both the skill set and professional background necessary to dive deep into the world of data science and analytics, thanks to my master's degree in analytics from RMIT University and my previous work experience as a data analyst at AusIMM and a system engineer at Tata Consultancy Services. In my current and previous roles, I have demonstrated my expertise in data quality, data analysis, data visualization, machine learning, sentiment analysis, and time series forecasting, using various tools and technologies such as R, Tableau, PL/SQL, and Google Analytics. I have also led and contributed to several projects that involved evaluating, segmenting, and understanding customer data, creating dynamic dashboards and reports, developing cross-platform statistical tools, and coordinating disaster recovery and change management processes for clients such as Morgan Stanley and General Electrics. I am an upbeat, self-motivated team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a Six Sigma Green Belt professional. I enjoy solving complex data problems and delivering impactful and data-driven solutions.
