With a strong foundation in corporate finance, equity research and private equity, at ICICI, my focus is on steering corporate finance advisory services, for successful closure of M&A (buy/sell side Merger/Acquisition advisory) and PE (private equity) engagements. Proven track record of alpha generation with lower than market volatility- using proprietary fundamental investing framework- to construct long-only equity portfolio in listed equities. Performance results of more than 50% IRR (5 yr-2020-2025)-post taxes and transaction costs- at a healthy Sharpe ratio of close to 2.5 (source: latest Morningstar monthly report on Portfolio performance)-1 yr/3 yr IRRS of 30%/56% against market benchmarks of 9%/16% IRR for similar time periods. Previously, as an Investment Manager at First Equity Partners, I honed my skills in portfolio monitoring and investment appraisal. My experience in equity valuations and exit advisory was instrumental in developing investment strategies that benefit our portfolio companies and stakeholders. I have developed deep experience and skills in equity capital markets and infrastructure financing at start of my career at SBI Capital Markets including financial modeling, valuations, regulatory filings and financial appraisals.
