Being passionate about something truly brings joy to life. Since my college days, I’ve embraced the opportunity to learn new things, meet diverse individuals, build meaningful connections, and listen to others. This innate desire to help people led me into the hospitality industry, where my passion has naturally guided me toward a fulfilling and rewarding career. Empathy—putting ourselves in others’ shoes—may seem simple in theory, but it’s a challenging endeavor, especially in a customer-centric environment. Embracing this challenge has fueled my passion for delivering exceptional service. Currently, I work at one of the leading SaaS companies in the hospitality sector, Cloudbeds, where I’m gaining invaluable insights into how to deliver product value and help clients unlock their potential for increased revenue and streamlined operations. I hold a degree in International Relations from a public university in Indonesia. While this may seem distant from my professional journey, my college experience honed my interpersonal skills and prepared me to navigate the complexities of the real world. I take pride in my organizational and professional experience, which has shaped me into a flexible, open-minded individual who strives for excellence and embraces continuous learning. I am also in the process of launching my own business, a manifestation of another dream and a new opportunity for growth one day. In my leisure time, I love exploring beaches and mountains, diving into good books, watching films, and discovering new cultures. I have a strong curiosity about living sustainably, mindfully, and purposefully.
