With over 12 years of experience as an IT Manager, I have successfully controlled and managed the Company's IT Infrastructure and IT Assets. I have played a pivotal role in providing and maintaining Enterprise Applications such as document management systems and financial systems for users. My responsibilities have encompassed creating annual IT strategic plans, budgets, and roadmaps, ensuring their execution to align with Management directives. I have been at the forefront of leading a team of System/Network/IT Security Engineers, overseeing daily IT services and operations. Additionally, I have led and managed internal IT projects, involving the replacement or renewal of existing systems and the introduction of innovative solutions for both end users and Management. My expertise extends to IT Management Systems, Hyper-V virtualization, Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2, Microsoft SharePoint, SQL Server, Microsoft Licensing, and ISO27001 compliance."
