About Rivka Bax

Working with, and for people is one of the most inspiring and energising things for me to do. I have worked with so many different people in the retail, information technology and services industry that I know that it doesn't matter where your work, people do need the same attention; appreciation and acknowledgment. With a great deal of drive and enthusiasm - reinforced by outstanding communication and analytical skills - I have been demonstrating success broadly in organisations. Working with people in the area of change programs, coaching, training and leadership development is something I like most. I have worked mainly in fast paced matrix organisations where I interacted in international HR – and project teams. Joining the divers Management Teams developed my strength in working with many different stakeholders even more. It gained a strong understanding of cultural dynamics in which I act proactive and dynamic. Dealing with ambiguity and using my strong negotiation- and influencing skills are a foundation of creating synergy and mutual success.
