I'm an experienced IT generalist with a solid background in support services, having worked closely with both internal and external clients. Over the years, I’ve developed a broad technical foundation, particularly in troubleshooting and resolving a wide range of IT issues efficiently. Currently, I serve as a Service Desk Coordinator, a role that plays a critical part in streamlining IT support operations, prioritizing service requests, and ensuring timely resolution of user issues. This position has deepened my understanding of service management and further sharpened my ability to coordinate between technical teams and end users. Recently, I’ve also expanded my skill set by stepping into a Tier 1 networking role—an experience that has reignited my passion for learning and professional development. I thrive on building genuine relationships and pride myself on being approachable, empathetic, and solution-focused. In the Service Desk environment, customer service and customer centricity are key—not just in resolving issues, but in how we communicate, support, and build trust with users. I believe in delivering IT support that is not only technically sound, but also respectful, responsive, and focused on creating a positive user experience.
