My primary goal is to enable companies to optimize their operations by implementing Intelligent Automation and AI, allowing them to reduce repetitive tasks and create more value-added opportunities for their workforce. With an MBA from IIM Ranchi, specializing in Marketing and Operations, I have developed a strong foundation in business strategy and operations management. During my academic journey, I actively participated as a core member in various student events, which provided valuable learning experiences. In addition to my educational background, I hold certifications in RPA Basics, Digital Marketing, Inbound and Outbound Sales, Marketing Software Tools, and Lean Six Sigma-Green Belt.
