A passionate and accomplished Patisserie Chef with a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management from Christ University, I bring a strong foundation in culinary arts with a specialized focus on baking, confectionery, and kitchen operations. Currently, I lead as the Centre Head of the Bangalore Campus at IIPC, where I oversee all aspects of academic and operational management, nurturing the next generation of culinary professionals. With hands-on experience across renowned cafés, hospitality institutes, and hotels, I have honed my skills in menu development, kitchen leadership, inventory systems, staff training, and quality control. My previous role as Sous Chef at Bangalore Connection and The Sugar Therapy Cafe saw me spearhead new menu creations, streamline kitchen efficiency, and elevate culinary standards, helping shape a unique and memorable dining experience. My strength lies not only in technical culinary expertise but also in my ability to inspire teams, blend creativity with discipline, and continuously push the boundaries of excellence in every plate. Beyond the kitchen, I thrive on connecting with people, exploring global cuisines, and finding inspiration in music, travel, and culture—all of which enrich my work as a chef and leader.
