As a Programmatic Analyst at PHD, I manage and execute digital campaigns for clients across multiple platforms. I leverage my skills in data analysis and visualization to optimize campaign performance, generate insights, and create reports. I also collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the alignment of campaign objectives, strategies, and budgets. My passion for marketing and learning led me to pursue a Postgraduate Degree in Social Media from Seneca College, where I graduated with honors in April 2022. Before that, I completed another Postgraduate Degree in Marketing Management from the same institution. During my studies, I gained an understanding of Google Adwords, Microsoft Advertising Search, and Web Mining, as well as multiple certifications in Excel. Before coming to Canada, I worked in the Retail Industry in India for over four years, where I held various roles in trade planning, category management, vendor management, and customer service. I was a core team member for the e-Commerce Business Unit-JioMart at Reliance Retail Ltd, where I helped increase sales and average bill value by developing themes and campaigns, analyzing datasets, and managing over 50 vendors. I am a fast learner, goal-driven, and adaptable to changing and challenging work environments. I am actively seeking new opportunities to grow and contribute to the digital marketing field.
