During my time at Target, I didn't just work in customer service, I improved it. Through streamlining workflows and enhancing team collaboration, I enhanced customer satisfaction and earned consistent positive feedback. My time at the in-store Starbucks taught me to multitask under pressure while maintaining excellent customer relationships. As a marketing student, I developed and led strategies based on research and analysis for brands like Zara, Gucci, and Lululemon.
