About Riya Penkar

As an HR Intern at XIRCLS, I'm thrilled to be part of the world's first decentralized collaborative marketing network. XIRCLS leverages blockchain technology to create real-time, verified, and rewarding interactions between brands and consumers, without compromising data privacy or quality. I contribute to XIRCLS's innovative vision by supporting the HR team in various aspects of talent acquisition, management, and development. I apply my skills in HR start-up, recruiting, and Excel to source, screen, and onboard candidates, as well as to analyze and report on HR metrics and trends. I also assist in designing and implementing employee engagement and retention strategies, such as feedback surveys, recognition programs, and learning opportunities. My passion for HR stems from my academic background in International Business, which I pursued at Loughborough University London. There, I gained valuable insights into the global and dynamic nature of business, and the importance of aligning people and strategy for organizational success. I also developed my competencies in cross-cultural communication, teamwork, and problem-solving, which I apply in my current role and in my professional network. I'm always eager to learn new things and connect with like-minded people. Whether you're interested in XIRCLS, HR, marketing, or anything else, I'd love to hear from you. Let's chat and explore the possibilities of collaboration and growth!
