About Riya Ramani

Hi! My name is Riya and I’m a Senior Talent Management Coordinator with a passion for screen storytelling. Over the past 9 years, I’ve had the opportunity to collaborate with incredible teams across 4 global VFX studios, contributing to projects for Marvel, Netflix, MGM, Amazon Prime Video, and more. Whether it’s a feature film, episodic series, or animated project, I thrive on bringing structure to fast-moving environments - building workflows that work, keeping teams aligned, and making sure every piece lands where it should (on time and with as little stress as possible). What drives me most is the collaboration - the creative energy of artists, supervisors, producers, and technicians all working toward a shared vision. That’s where I do my best work: connecting the dots, supporting communication, and empowering the people behind the pixels. It’s one of the many reasons why I love Talent Management and I’m so happy to be part of the VFX industry. I'm always open to connecting with fellow professionals, sharing insights, and exploring opportunities to support great teams and great stories.
