Currently working as Job responsibilities:*As a Complaint Evaluator my job roles include: Owning the complaint handling process including- 1. Complaints evaluation including adverse event reporting decisions,coding,initiating Good Faith Effort(GFE) follow up for additiinal information and closure of records. 2.Assessment of Complaints(events) for proposed MDR reportability and submit assessments to client or regulatory authority. Assessment of the accurate Hazard code 4.Reportability assessment 5. Failure code assessment 6. Risk level assessment 7.complaint review and closure As a Complaint Investigator my roles were 1) Reviewing the records assessed by Evaluators 2) Investigating complaints 3)Writting of Investigation summary and Notes 4)Problem Source and reason code assessment 5)Creating Customer Response letter As a client certified my responsibilities were: 1.Training team POC for Kolkata site (project specific) 2.Preparing Training plan for new joiners accordingly. 3.Conducting ILT training of new joiners/refresher training. 4.Perform defect analysis of errors in cases. 5.Reviewing cases processed by Evaluators. 6.Conducting coaching sessions with team and prepare MOM of the meeting. 7.Provide feedback to associate regarding errors and conducting daily huddle and discuss updates with team. 8.Sharing daily and weekly status of training related activity to management. 9.Completion of any Adhoc activities (as per requirement)assigned by supervisor/management.
