I currently work on advocating for progressive environmental, social and governance (ESG) policies and practices among investors and corporations, with a focus on racial justice and human rights. I have 8 years of experience in consulting, research, and communications on international development issues in Canada, India, Australia, and Nepal at a UN Agency, global public affairs firm, university, think-tank, and several non-profits. Skilled in qualitative and quantitative research, facilitation, stakeholder engagement, project management, policy analysis, designing & executing campaign strategies, and digital media to achieve sustainable policy solutions. I've co-authored multiple policy documents including published opinion articles, action plans, policy briefs, concept notes & research reports. I have a comprehensive understanding of global human rights issues and policies along with practical experience working on intersectional issues including racial equity, Indigenous reconciliation, modern slavery, natural resource governance, sustainability, gender equality, food security, diversity, equity & inclusion, public health and education. I'm committed to building synergies between public policy and inclusive development. My professional strengths lie in developing and sustaining constructive dialogue with stakeholders to execute collaborative initiatives for mutually beneficial outcomes. I've earned a Master's Degree in Public Policy and Global Affairs with a specialization in development and social change from the University of British Columbia, Vancouver.
