Currently working as a Management Trainee at Maruti Suzuki in the Channel Training Department, I drive capability-building for our dealer and distributor network by leading trainings on digital platforms and tools. From CRM systems to sales enablement dashboards, I help channel partners adopt technology that boosts performance and enhances the customer journey. This role places me at the intersection of digital transformation, sales enablement, and stakeholder engagement—key areas that fuel my passion for driving real business impact. Earlier, as a Sales and Marketing Intern at Mars, I honed my abilities in brand premiumization and extension, diving deep into consumer preferences to reshape the Boomer brand. My strategic approach led to innovative product ideas, tapping into unexploited markets and enhancing brand relevance. Our team leveraged extensive primary research, including 150+ survey analyses and market visits to over 100 outlets, culminating in actionable market insights. I have completed my MBA in Marketing from NMIMS, where I focused on developing a strong foundation in brand strategy, consumer behavior, and digital marketing. My experience at Milaan Foundation, where I used Salesforce for lead generation and digital storytelling, further reflects my ability to blend purpose with performance—amplifying underrepresented voices through data-driven narratives.
