Study the Tender documents, Client Provided Drawings, Specifications, Material schedule & Prepare the Bill of Quantity. • Enquiry Clarification- Prepare the queries sent to Client • Preliminary Design Calculation-PV ELITE • Vessel plates Optimis in AUTOCAD MS office. • Preparing Estimation and Techno Commercial Offers for Various Pressure vessels, Surge Vessel, Storage tank, AP| tanks,Piping, Pipe Spool & Steel structure as per Bids specification. • Accountable for studying data sheets, material specification and drawing from EPC contractor / client • Daily updates Received Enquiry in Bid Status Report Log. Every week follow-up with Client for Submitted Techno-Commercial Offer. • Sending Enquiry to Supplier for Raw Material Price (Local & International) and Price Negotiation with Supplier. • Estimating and quotation preparing for the proposed project (Tender & Job in Hand) • Keeping coordination with Purchase department for track of raw material prices. • Accountable for preparing cost summary and techno commercial offer in coordination with the concerned department Preparation of Budget cost accounting Materials, Labour, Sub-Contracting, other overhead • KOM- Arranging project initiation meetings for Awarded Projects.
