As a Cyber Threat Management (CTM) Specialist and Software Developer, I offer a diverse and technical skill set that combines expertise in cybersecurity, software development, and telecom infrastructure. In my CTM role, I’ve managed security incidents, investigated phishing/spam emails, and utilized SIEM and EDR platforms to proactively monitor and respond to threats. I have also automated manual tasks using Python, improving operational efficiency, and collaborated across teams to ensure timely incident resolution. Additionally, I managed access control lists (ACLs) and supported SIEM platform upgrades to improve system reliability and reduce false positives. As a Software Developer, I’ve contributed to C# development, overseen the full lifecycle of tasks in JIRA, and ensured smooth user migrations during release processes. I also played a key role in creating runbooks for release management, ensuring high-quality deliverables. My software development experience allows me to bridge the gap between technical security processes and streamlined application delivery.
