From crafting impactful strategies to organizing large-scale events like gatherings, career fairs, company anniversaries, and community initiatives, her journey has been all about enhancing workplace culture, fostering growth, and supporting individuals along with company brand image to thrive. As the founder of Benang Merah, Riza is dedicated to addressing the high cost of counseling in Indonesia by providing free peer-counseling services and creating a platform for psychology undergraduates to gain practical experience. Her commitment to mental health extends to raising awareness and advocating for meaningful change through education and research.
