About Rizal Ismail

Not being new to the biotech startup scene in Singapore and also given the oppotunity to be the 1st MediSix employee to build up the MediSix team from working in an incubator space to having a fully functional lab, I have gained much experience in what paths leads to success and failures of startups. I have also garnered deep technological know-how in the cell therapy space, from plasmid generation to cell manufacturing and validation of cell products for regulatory approvals. I believe in building relationships as one of my core work ethic and with my years of experience in this space, I have good standing relationships with vendors, regulatory agencies and collaborators which I believe will be able to bring value to any team. I have the ability to make positive changes to any situation. I am a fast learner who have a creative flair to develop ideas to make processes more efficient. I also possess a good sense of humor, am friendly and outgoing with people around me. I have good communication skills. I am very adaptable and adapts easily to new environments/new challenges. I enjoys working in a team as well as independently.
