About Rizki Hiro

As a Sales and Marketing Card Officer at PT Bank Mandiri, the largest bank in Indonesia, I am responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase the sales and retention of credit card customers. I work with a team of professionals to create and implement innovative campaigns, promotions, and events, leveraging social media platforms and digital tools to reach and engage target audiences. I have a strong background in accounting, having graduated from Universitas Pelita Harapan (UPH) in 2016. I also have experience in service quality and relationship management, having worked as a Service Quality Officer and a Relationship Manager for small and medium-sized enterprises at PT Bank Mandiri. I have developed and honed my skills in teamwork, public speaking, management, and Microsoft Word through these roles. I am passionate about delivering excellent customer service and enhancing the brand image of PT Bank Mandiri. I am also a proud tourism ambassador of Jakarta, having won several honors and awards for promoting the culture and attractions of my city.
