About Rizki Priyadarma

I have strong leadership and communication skills, I am a fast learner, and I am fluent in English and Japanese. I started my career as an IT Engineer in Japan in 2009, and since then, I have been involved in several projects using various programming languages such as VB.Net, PHP, ASP, and PHP frameworks such as Symfony, Laravel, CakePHP, and ZendFramework. I have also worked with e-commerce frameworks such as Magento, RDBMS such as Oracle, MSSQL, and MySQL, and operating systems such as Linux and Windows. In addition, I have experience with mobile applications such as Android, server management such as VM Ware ESXi, and AWS Cloud services. As a leader, I am highly directed and familiar with the industry's dynamics, and I can work in any work environment. Over the course of my career, I have progressed to a manager position and have developed a strong understanding of system change or migration validation in the Life Science industry to comply with GxP relevant systems. I have also had experience as a Technical Account Manager, a role focused on building, developing, and maintaining personalized relationships with customers. In this capacity, I have provided and delivered a set of technical services that are designed to help customers maintain operational health, adopt new solutions, and maximize their investment. Currently, I am tasked with manage data warehouse job monitoring, system failure support, and coordination in DnA (Data and Analytics) division, and previously performed maintenance and development of HCP websites using Adobe Experience Manager. This includes managing release activities and reporting to customers on all process activities.
