About Rizky Baskara

I have been working in the energy industry for over seven years, developing and delivering solutions for project constructions in thermal and renewable power plants. As a business developer at Hilti Indonesia, I help project owners and contractors to achieve more efficiency and cost-effectiveness through modular support systems, firestops, anchoring systems, and fastening on steel. Before joining Hilti Indonesia, I coordinated a team of project supports for 11 gas engine installation and repowering projects at MAN Energy Solutions, where I led the project support execution, managed the logistics of goods and equipment, and represented the health, safety, and environment. I am also an MBA candidate for energy and natural resources at Institut Teknologi Bandung, where I pursue my special interest in ESG implementation in business strategy. I believe that ESG requires a different approach for each context and situation, and I am eager to learn and share best practices and insights with others. I am open and more than happy to discuss.
