About Rizqa Barron

I have had the opportunity to work in the financial services industry for the past 10 years. I Started my journey as an administrator in the risk and investments department back in 2013, being a small company I worked in multiple departments such as the medical aid and short term, and later moved on to become a para planner. I currently work at Gradidge - Mahura Investments where a colleague and myself started the Cape Town branch, my journey here started as a service consultant and within a span of two years I managed to move back into the Para planning space and become a full time advisor that provides retirement benefit counselling to a large corporate account in the Eastern and Western Cape regions. I am also responsible for the office management, so let’s just call me a jack of all trades. I’m currently a year shy of completing my bcom major financial planning, which I have been doing part time.
