I have 27 years of experience in Retail, Commercial and hospitality industry. I have massive experience in directing and supervising large teams of Malls and Property Sector. I was looking after all the new projects, construction BOQ’s (almost for Dhs 2 billion) and cost-effective management. In last 15 years of my work, my main responsibility was focused on to increases the revenue and decrease the expenses of the company in Retail, commercial and Property sector. I was managing the departments of leasing, marketing, facility management and operations for my companies. I was also implementing organization mission, talent strategy and developing the policies for staff and their trainings. I was the opening Team Member of the following Shopping Malls in UAE: • Deira City Centre 1995 sq Meter GLA) • Ajman City Centre • Sharjah City Centre • Mall of The Emirates 2005 Sq Meter GLA) • Dubai Festival city 2006-2007 Sq Meter GLA) • The Village Mall (Community Mall - Musaffah, Abu Dhabi) • J3 Mall (Community Mall – Jumeriah, Dubai) • Sharjah Mall (under construction) In my last position I was working as a General Manager of IPG Retail and Hospitality group, division of Dar Al Khaleej Newspaper and reporting to the Chairman of the Company.
