I have spent the last 12+ years working across Supply Chain, Logistics, product launches, process excellence, PMO, and transformation.My journey started at Volkswagen, where I learned the basics of process optimization and business reporting. WABCO shaped me the most through hands-on roles in inventory management, planning, manufacturing logistics, global projects, analytics, transfer topics, and supply chain escalations. At ZF, I moved into launch management and now lead a Process Excellence team in Corporate Procurement.Over the years, I have supported international transfer projects, product launch readiness, supplier transfer topics, business ramp-ups, inventory improvement initiatives, digital reporting, and management transparency across plant, regional, and central functions.What I value most is practical problem-solving and ownership. I like to understand the real situation, bring the right people together, create transparency, and drive topics to closure with the focus on solving the problem, achieving the target, and keeping internal and external customers satisfied.Because of my background, I can connect different worlds: shopfloor reality, planning pressure, customer expectations, supplier and material flow topics, and management needs. In my current role, my focus is also moving more toward governance, PMO structures, and creating clarity for decision-making.I believe good leadership is built on ownership, trust, collaboration, and staying pragmatic when things get complex.
