20+ year’s career growth from Software Developer to Lead – Quality Assurance and now working as Director in Product Operation teams (Product Operations, Program Management, Service Delivery, Implementation & Fraud Management group). For the last 17+ years, managing Fintech Applications support services groups (Team of 200+ Software Professionals) and help desk. Responsible for launching, managing and supporting Card products (Prepaid, Debit, Core Banking & Credit) operations and core business areas of transaction processing. Experience of launching and supporting card products (GPR, Gift, Travel, Debit, Credit etc) as well as hands on experience of successful data migrations from other processors to i2c. Practical exposure to industry standards for Online Transaction processing (ISO-8583) and e-banking interfaces (POS, ATM, IVR, Mobile, Web). Client Interaction – Working with world’s largest financial institutions like WU, MoneyGram, Bancorp, Meta etc and e-payment transaction networks like MC, VISA, Discover, Amex for implementation and integration of new requirements and module enhancements. Practical exposure to report Chargeback and fraudulent transaction to MASTERCARD-SAFE and VISA-VROL to remain compliance. Previously, i worked as a Senior QA Engineer in Systems ltd. Managed QA team of 12-15 people, Prepared QA plans, Test Plans etc also conduct Audits for Conformance/Non Conformance on different projects, worked on Manual (Using Test Director 8.0) & Automation testing using (Load Runner & QT Pro.), direct offshore projects and Audit reports for CMMI Level-5.Descon IT-24 ltd, the company where I started my professional carrier, here I worked as a Software Engineer. Gathered Client Requirements for Fixed Asset Mgmt System- FAMS, written complete Functional Specification. Developed Modules and provided Support of Descon Engineering Projects by using the Technology of: VB 5.0, 6.0, Access 97, SQL Server by using Access reports, Default Crystal reports of VB 5.0 & Crystal reports 8.0, ASP. Net by using the ADO.Net architecture for FAMS.
