I'm an explorative design generalist, strategist and project manager with experience leading teams in a variety of design, communication, logistics, and IT environments. My design strategy and management experience include user ethnography, system research, internal communications, branding, both digital and print media, construction project management, policy formulation, logistics crisis intervention, IT change management, and event facilitation. My employment experience includes work across corporate environments, military, and government sectors. Leading internal development projects and client service teams. I believe in work that respects practical considerations while striving toward an ideal. My current area of interest is human-centered design projects that seek elegant solutions to complex problems.
