I took a legacy leasing business and turned it into a 250M+ asset machine, cut operating costs by double digits, and built a culture where people acted like owners, not employees.Before that, I did the hard yards: sales, leadership roles, and a career across equipment finance and financial services. Before that, I was in the U.S. Air Force and built my first 7‑figure business, Scriba Town Inn, with my family in my early twenties. I’m not guessing how operators think.
