Experience in the implementation and use of the Systems Engineering, National Incident Management System (NIMS), National Response Framework (NRF), National Infrastructure Protection Plan (NIPP), Critical Infrastructure/Key Resources, Department of Defense Antiterrorism Force Protection Program, and ASIS standards and guidelines.
