Rob is a passionate leader with a focus on the customer experience. Currently working as a Director of Product within WorkWave targeting the introduction of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into the WorkWave suite of products. Previously responsible for the Business Applications division (EMEA) at TEAM Software, encompassing Servicetrac, Portertrac and RiskReady. Working with a team of highly motivated experts Rob enjoyed helping get the best out of the products and people. Under his leadership the focus of the division resulted in innovative yet stable releases along with an increase in customer satisfaction and retention. Rob has a Management background with budgetary responsibility combined with a history as a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultant and Project Manager with a strong track record of successful change management. Projects have included the delivery of both complex and straightforward assignments onshore and offshore. With a natural ability to communicate and excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, Rob can operate effectively at all levels of the business, using his technical and industry experience to ensure successful delivery.
