Effective leader who believes that most anything is possible if you care enough about it and you are not willing to sacrifice your integrity and morals to get it. My best skill is team building as I know that if you surround yourself with great people who are in some way smarter than you, great things are bound to happen. Pure joy to me is when someone accomplishes something they didn’t think they could. I believe that we thrive best when we seek to create meaningful partnerships with our customers, suppliers and even healthy competitors. I’m a wannabe numbers guy. I’m a serial YouTube consumer. I’d love to start a blog or podcast one day, but haven’t quite found the passion as of yet. I am obsessed with process, productivity, digital work-flows and keyboard shortcuts. When I’m not living the dream as a COO, you’ll likely find me traveling around the globe with my Wife (and high school sweetheart), smoking a cuban cigar or favorite meat on my Big Green Egg, listening to a podcast or striping one right (into the trees) down the middle at a golf course somewhere.
