Currently a Principal Business Consultant and Solutions Architect with Itron providing AMI solution services. Current assignment is at Avista Utilities as the Solution Architect for Itron's Riva AMI Solution. I have over 20 years of experience working with Utilities and prior to joining the Itron team in 2007 I worked for the Alberta Department of Energy in the area of Transmission Regulation. Past utility experience includes management of the day to day operations of Meter Data Management and Energy Settlements. In addition to day to day operations I had direct involvement with the software RFP process, business case development, SOW development/implementation, contract development, execution and management of technology vendors, and vendor selection. Prior to Smart Meter held positions of increasing responsibility in Electric Metering Data Operations, Customer Service Operations, and Electric Distribution systems. Excellent verbal and written communications with strong interpersonal skills at all levels. Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate others and encourage peak performance.
