My areas of expertise include: • Partner Management • Roaming services support • Requirements management • Cloud and virtualisation • Provision of infrastructure and platform systems and standard • Strong knowledge of ITIL IT service management I have delivered expert Second Line Operational support for Roaming services (Voice, Data and SMS) and national Voice services for all VodafoneZiggo corporate and customer customers in my current role as Service Management Centre Expert for Vodafoneziggo. Contributing to risk management, strengthening customer relations, and establishing cost-effective practices for a stable IT environment has become central to my career over the years. My ability to lead and coordinate top performing engineering teams and ensure stakeholder buy-in has allowed me to deliver a series of high profile and innovative projects while delivering exceptional customer service.
