About Rob Baroudi

I come from a research/analytical background in life and environmental sciences, including a B.S. in Biology, and an M.S. in Ecology focusing on academic research. During my tenure with Owens Corning, I have served in roles under our supply chain managing key customer accounts, Technical Insulation sales managing market strategy and growth, the Strategy Analyst Development Program working across all OC business units to deliver key strategic recommendations that align to business goals, and currently with the Insulation Sourcing organization managing minerals and 3rd party accessories in North America. Through these roles, I have accumulated hands-on experience with supply chain, operations, sales, strategic marketing, corporate strategy/growth consulting, and commodity sourcing. I am particularly strong in blending external perspectives with market insights to inform internal strategy, leading horizontally across diverse functions, managing high-visibility projects with diverse stakeholders, and synthesizing complex and conflicting data into coherent and actionable recommendations.
