An experienced service delivery manager for multiple services and teams, specialising in Data Centre environments. I aim to maintain an excellent relationship with our clients and understand their business needs to develop and deliver high quality services. An essential part of this is working closely with my teams to ensure we monitor our outputs, delivering first class services and providing continual service improvement. Previous projects and highlights include: Transitioning a Smart Hands team supporting a multi-national bank from one client to another, ensuring continued delivery of service through the transition to new tools, processes and procedures.(2023). Bringing stakeholders together to agree and document a process for Kyndryl UKI to deliver the secure and controlled shredding of HDD's (2022 & 2023). Stabilising an account going through multiple changes, maintaining a steady and reliable service for our clients (2022). Project Management for two wall to wall inventories at customer Data Centre locations, creating a baseline inventory for future asset management (2018 & 2019). Project Management for a successful initiative across four UK Data Centres, resulting in a significant cost saving for our customer (2018). Support for a major decommission of banking infrastructure at a co-location Data Centre, with a focus on compliance to customer and client standards (2016). Led the transformation of the Data Centre Analysts staffing service into a full Managed Service (2015). Production of the Portable Device Management process for IBM UK Data Centres (2014). Compliance projects in three sites across Europe to ensure the locations were fit for audit (2013). Contributions to IBM's global Portable Storage Media process and UK Hands & Eyes processes (2005 to 2014). Continuous Service Improvement across all my delivery teams.
