About Rob Bedard

Rob and Lorinda Bedard are extremely proud parents of two great sons, Cameron (wife Courtney) and Stephen (wife Lisa). Most recently Rob has been serving as Associate Pastor (Grow/Serve/HR) at Christian Life Assembly, Langley, BC. Between 2014-2023, Rob taught online and on campus courses as a part-time faculty member of Vanguard College, Edmonton, AB. In October 2019, Rob became a part-time faculty member of Trinity Western University (BA LEAD & MA LEAD programs). Since 2019, Rob began offering leadership mentoring, coaching, training and development for individual leaders and teams through his consulting business and in 2023, he offered the same through West Coast Centre for Learning Whether Rob is teaching in Canada or abroad; whether he is teaching in universities, colleges, schools or churches; or whether Rob is teaching higher education courses or leadership training workshops, Rob’s passion is to raise up and mentor leaders. Rob is a certified Birkman® coach, and for years has coached individual and teams of leaders through StrengthsFinder®. Education: B.Th. in Pastoral Theology, Eastern Pentecostal Bible College (now Master's College & Seminary), Peterborough, ON; M.A. in Leadership & Training, Royal Roads University, Victoria, BC; D.Th in Practical Theology, University of South Africa, Pretoria, South Africa.
