About Rob Bell

I have an extensive background in the Commercial HVAC and Plumbing Industry. I have worn many different hats and worked my way through the various aspects starting with a mechanical contractor and ending up with Coffman Engineers consulting firm. My experience working as an automation controls technician and later BIM Coordinator and project manager for a mechanical contractor has given me valuable insight in the construction industry. In the consulting industry my tasks have included site survey and analysis, property condition assessment, building energy modeling, life cycle cost analysis, design work, construction administration, and project management. I have performed these various tasks on many different types of commercial facilities including but not limited to office buildings, schools, churches, laboratories, data centers, office and institutional campuses, industrial sites, retail spaces, high-rise and mid-rise buildings, fitness complexes, etc. Some of the design work for these projects have included a variety of HVAC and plumbing systems (new and renovated), central plant design, complete storm and wastewater systems, control systems, process and medical piping, sustainable design, net zero design, LEED certification, WELL certification, etc.
