About Rob Bencic

Rob got his start in Finance with Globex, now FIRMA Foreign Exchange in 2005 to help business’ deal with the volatility of the FX Market. His personable demeanor and results oriented attitude endear him to both internal and external clients alike, allowing him Mentor of the Year 4 years in a row, along with various other awards within the company. Prior to establishing his place with FIRMA as a senior corporate broker, Rob spent over 10 years operating his own sales & marketing business. His experience both in life and in business has provided him with the patience and compassion to be able to assist others, while not sacrificing his drive and will to succeed. This has led him to Cambridge Mercantile Group to further his knowledge in the industry and have a positive impact on the business development and marketing within the organization. Having the coaching ability and the motivational attitude key to managing a large team, the response is overwhelming since coming aboard, having been promoted to director level after only being with the company a short time. Rob has always enjoyed being a key player and using his creative talents to generate interest, raise awareness and to be an overall benefit to any organization he represents.
