Looking at my recommendations and 360 degree peer reviews, I apparently lead with humor to help defuse the tensions naturally involved when passionate people work on large projects alongside the challenges of the everyday. I'm at my best when I'm involved in those friction points, helping move efforts to their best pragmatic solutions. I help people focus on desired goals and manage the compromises or phasing needed to get there in one piece, along with creating faith that "phase 1" doesn't lead to "phase never". My team at LHH works at the intersection of our product, delivery operations, and sales and marketing teams, making sure we successfully provide the best and most scalable experiences to our candidates, clients, and colleagues. I empower my team to be curious, active, and to play devil's advocate when discussing projects and requests. I try and stay out of their way unless something is about to hit the fan, and then I play whatever role is needed to move things forward. My professional skills include product strategy, operations management, project governance, content strategy, documentation, and all the other skills LinkedIn has helped me so nicely to associate to the roles I've had. Hopefully the algorithm will surface those appropriately so I don't waste your time by repeating them all here. Between my times at LHH and Monster, I've managed experiences accessed in about 150 countries and dozens of languages. I was born in Montreal, Canada (bonjour!), but I've been living in the lower 48 for 2 decades now. I'm an avid traveller (31 countries and counting), and active hiker, biker, and urban dog walker.
