I am a strategic focused and results-driven IT and Business Program & Projects Portfolio Manager who leverages an advanced knowledge of strategy and portfolio management techniques and tools to optimise business outcomes, service delivery and operations. Over the last 30+ years’ I have collaborated with key internal and external stakeholders (including boards, senior executives and vendors) to develop, evaluate, prioritise and implement strategic initiatives, focusing on optimising return on investment (ROI), customer experience, service delivery and operational performance while managing strategic alignment to ensure the portfolio supports organisational goals. My excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving capabilities and highly developed planning and organisation skills have enabled me to build strong relationships, liaise with other executives and staff, and work effectively autonomously and collaboratively with multi-faceted reams. My success identifying and prioritising best practice solutions and planning for delivery on time, within budget and with purpose has proved to be crucial to making a lasting impact on current, transitional, and future customers, services and operations. In addition to playing a key role in contributing to significant and strategic program and project outcomes, I also have experience developing and leading high-performance teams that ensure outcomes are achieved and sustainable with lasting outcomes for my organisations, their people and clients. Throughout my career I have played a key role in delivering key portfolios, programs and projects (including $100 million dollar portfolios, programs and projects) for a broad range of private, corporate and government clients, including St Vincents Health Australia (SVHA), UNSW, UTS, IAG, iCare, QBE, ASIC, Boral, CBA, Westpac, RailCorp, NSW Health and St George Bank. I have also applied my IT portfolio and program management expertise to deliver real improvements to internal services including finance, procurement, risk and compliance, governance and vendor management, technology, cyber security, data analytics and AI.
