About Rob Boland

My true passion is the development of people and processes. I have managed in many settings including retail and insurance sales, service, claims, and most recently facility management. I have a Bachelors of Science Degree from Eller at the University of Arizona along with 12+ years of management experience. I have managed everything in business from driving associate performance through applicable KPI’s to running the day to day of an operation through managing multi-million dollar budgets, staffing, vendor management, and ensuring the satisfaction of both internal and external stakeholders. In addition to the skills gained through my degree and years of experience, I am also proficient in Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. I love using programs such as Tableau, PowerBI and more recently a CMMS called iOffice. I also have a focus on safety, completing my OSHA 10 certification. I am always looking for ways to grow and help those around me do the same. I am looking forward to meeting new connections and discovering new opportunities that will allow me to take my eagerness to grow and my life/professional experience to new heights!
