Throughout my career within the commercial and residential development and construction industry, I have established a successful record of achievements and experience in project management and estimating. I am a Project Manager, Superintendent, and Estimator with a proven background of experience and achievements in areas including field/project management, estimating, multi-million dollar budgeting, and process improvement that have been critical to the successful and profitable construction of multi-million dollar commercial structures and residential real estate developments. A few of my accomplishments that demonstrate my qualifications are listed below: • Managed all phases of development and construction for a $5M, sq. ft new office complex for Knoxville Department of Children Services. • Provided oversight for a $20M multifamily development comprised of 170 homes ranging from $200K to $600K. • Conceptualized and created weekly projected profit reports for management to track costs and establish pricing and maintained average estimate variance of less than 1%.
