Over twenty years of experience as a customer facing technology professional, fifteen of which have been dedicated to organizations in the Healthcare Technology sector. The most recent role I have participated in revolves around Software Delivery, Software Consultancy and Customer Advocacy. Having years of experience implementing and supporting software as well as being a primary contact (Technical Account Manager) for multiple customers, my product knowledge, technical expertise, and customer engagement skills were leveraged into a single position. In this role I worked directly with members of our Services division as well as Engineering to analyze and prioritize customer issues and determine how and when those solutions would be delivered to our clients. In previous positions I served in multiple analytical roles including Senior Database Analyst as well as Business Analyst - Product Management. In these roles, I utilized a combination of business and technical knowledge to engineer business processes and configure custom-built software. I have also contributed as a Technical Consultant and Manager of Technical Support. Served as the technical lead and manager of a systems integration group. Applied analytical skills in combination with knowledge of information systems and excellent communications skills to produce the results needed by internal business units, external vendors, business partners, and most importantly, clients. Worked in many different capacities as a member of a software development team including Database Developer, Web/Windows Application Developer, and Build/Release Engineer. Contributed as part of a team in full software development cycle. Participated in technical specification writing, use case development, coding, unit, system, and integration testing. Served as a lead administrator for both Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft BizTalk Server.
