I’m passionate about sustainable development in the golf and leisure industry, always on the lookout for opportunities that others might miss. My goal is to create environmentally friendly solutions that not only help golf courses thrive but also benefit local communities. At The Booth Group, we take a different approach to golf course development. We focus on improving water retention, reducing waste, and repurposing materials to create new, sustainable facilities. We also help struggling courses secure funding, using recycled soils to build courses or practice areas that boost both their environmental and financial health. Every project we work on includes a minimum of 10% biodiversity net gain, helping local ecosystems thrive. What sets us apart is our commitment to recycling materials that would otherwise go to waste, helping us provide cost-effective, funded solutions to the industry. Sustainability is a huge trend, and I’m proud to be part of the movement driving positive change. My goal is to help the golf industry adapt to these shifts and lead by example. As a leader, I encourage my team to take initiative and make an impact, all while sticking to our core values of sustainability, innovation, and collaboration. Looking ahead, I want to keep developing practical, sustainable solutions that future-proof the golf and leisure industry. The most rewarding part of my career is seeing the positive effects our projects have on local communities, bringing new, vibrant facilities that make a difference. Building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners is key to what we do. We rely on each other’s expertise to deliver the best results and keep improving our work.
