Flood Risk Management Officer working as a Senior User/Project Manager for flood risk management construction scoping schemes across Suffolk and Norfolk, working closely with a range of internal and external stakeholders to promote the schemes and introduce biodiversity net gain, natural flood management and carbon net zero approaches. Previous roles in the Environment Agency include managing flood risk reservoirs, as well as developing incident operation and contingency plans, and improving the Environment Agency's existing emergency processes for the region. Previously worked as an experienced Project Officer leading excavations in commercial archaeology, with a demonstrated history of achieving good results for the client and the archaeological historic environment record, as well as in outreach/engagement as part of the construction and planning industry. Holds proven analytical skills, environmental awareness, and report, publication and proposal writing. I hold a BA (Hons) in Archaeology from Southampton University, and an MSc (distinction) in Sustainability and Adaptation in the Built Environment through the Centre for Alternative Technology and University of East London.
