Currently serving as Interim CAO at the Municipality of Strathroy-Caradoc, I am dedicated to driving impactful initiatives that align with the organization's mission to enhance community well-being. My expertise in management and change management enables me to deliver forward-thinking strategies that empower teams, improve operations, and meet the evolving needs of our citizens. In my current role, I contribute to municipal leadership while leveraging my prior experience in a variety of roles in the government, private and not for profit sectors. This critical initiative equips emergency service departments with advanced tools to serve the public better.
